人と人の距離感が見直される中で、オンライン上のやり取りが増えた。直接のコミュニケーションには、仕草や目線や言葉の間などの 記号化されない表現がある。しかし、デバイスを通すとあいまいさが抜け落ちる。私は曖昧さをコミュニケーションの可能性と考える。曖昧なものは存在感だけが増していき、 気配となって孤独が生まれる。その孤独がコミュニケーションや創造性の源になるのではないだろうか。

As the way we perceive distance between people shifts, online interactions have become more common. In-person communication includes uncodified expressions like gestures, eye contact, and even pauses in speech. However, when mediated by devices, that ambiguity often disappears.

I believe ambiguity is a key possibility in communication. When things are ambiguous, their presence intensifies, becoming a subtle "presence" or "hunch" that can yield to loneliness. Could this very loneliness, then, become a source of both communication and creativity
